Issue
You may receive administrative permissions errors in a dialog window below while trying to run the April, 2016 SRS Certificate Update Utility that replaces the Carbon Black Threat Intel (or SRS) expiring certificate with a new certificate.

Solution
If you see this error:

Log in as the service account that owns the 'Bit9 Server' service.
This login can be found on the Bit9 Reporter/Server services in the Windows Services console --> Properties --> Logon tab
If you see this error:

Log in as the service account for 'Bit9 server' as above AND then when running the Updater certificate script,run the utility using the elevated "run as administrator" mode.
