Why am I seeing a  release note for 3.4.0.1016 Sept 23 update, instead of 3.4.0.1052 Sept 23 update?

The attached release note has lot of duplicate entries in Known Issues section:

e.g

- DSEN-5377

- DSEN-5493, DSEN-5491

- DSEN-4924, EA-13414

- EA-14455, DSEN-5699

I think the new issue 'DSEN-6322, EA-14880' should be added to the following release note:
