Announcing General Availability of the CB Protection 7.3.4 Mac Agent!

Announcing General Availability of the CB Protection 7.3.4 Mac Agent!

The CB Protection team is pleased to announce the general availability of our 7.3.4 Mac Agent. Special thanks to the Mac Protection team for all of their hard work in the development and testing of this release!

This release now includes the ability to password protect config list files and now fully supports Dark Mode in Mojave and Catalina.

Additionally, the following changes have been made:

  • The Mac agent now accepts encrypted configlist files.
  • “Cmd-A” has been removed as a short-cut.
  • Several security, stability, and reliability issues have been addressed.

IMPORTANT NOTEAutomatic upgrades do not work with the CB Protection v7.3.4.102 Mac agent. This is a known issue. We’ve provided suggestions in the release notes to automate the installation process using an MDM. However, you can also upgrade the Mac agent using the manual upgrades steps in the CB Protection User Guide.

Installing this new 7.3.4 agent may require you to first run the certificate installer. Please see the link below to see if this applies to you.
