The VMware Carbon Black App Control Team is pleased to announce the general availability of our 8.5.0 Linux Agent. This release now reveals the new App Control Branding and theme changes. In addition to the new look we’ve made several improvements to the agent to improve your experience.
Additionally, the following changes have been made:
- Fixed the inability to restart Linux agents from the console.
- Fixed installation bugs
- Performance improvements
- Security improvements
- Other defect fixes
