Change log for CB Response 7.0 Integration Guide (changes since the 6.5 version)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  1. In the "Integrating with SSO Identity Providers" chapter, several examples of pasting IdP metadata information into sso.conf had extra quotes. These have been removed.
  2. In the "Server VDI Support" chapter, the procedure for enabling VDI support previously stated that it was only necessary to change cb.conf on the master server in a cluster environment. Since version 6.0, VDI support in a clustered environment has required making the configuration change on the master and all minions. The documentation has been updated to reflect this change.
