Release Notes Published: January 9, 2020
We have mac devices that have been prompted to update the sensor today and as a result these devices have not been able to successfully load to the desktop upon reboot.
We have raised a support ticket, but no response yet.
Anyone else experiencing something similar?
Haven't done any upgrade to 6.2.7-osx yet - did you received any feedback from the support team ? Would be good to know if that is something specific to your environment or generic issue.
Hey, Is your issue sorted. I am planning for an upgrade.Just want to know your experience. In our test environment, we did not come across any issues.
Hi
Upon further investigation, this was not an issue with Carbon Black. Users were reporting that Carbon Black agent was the problem, but it was a different software agent that was causing the issue.
Thanks
Jeff
