August 2, 2018 - Carbon Black Cloud Services Service Level Agreement, updated and effective August 2, 2018
- Carbon Black’s updated Cloud Services Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is posted and effective immediately, superseding prior product-specific SLAs and including more aggressive availability commitments and credit schedules. The new SLA applies to all Carbon Black Cloud Services, and can be found on the Policies Page, or on the carbonblack.com homepage under the License Agreements link. Updates will be posted below.
