When will the download of 7.2.1 be available?  I do not see it on the Customer Portal either.

Is this still a CD, or is it gold?

I am unable to access the Agent Supported Operating Systems page. Gives me an Access Denied error. Can someone please fix this? Need to check this since a customer is still using this version and has a question.
