High Resolution Ping - For assessing network performance in 2-tier environments.

Latency/RTT between Cb Protection App server and DB server MUST be < 0.7 ms.

It might be useful to provide the SHA256 hashes, as a convenience.  Seems like there is at least one organization that has hard stripped out md5.  (that would be _my_ organization)
