What:
As we continue to build out our Cb Predictive Security Cloud platform, we are transforming cybersecurity to deliver a new generation of cloud-delivered security solutions designed to protect against the most advanced threats.
Following feature releases of the Cb Defense console UI or sensor, we will be releasing a customized survey on the User Exchange to allow users to provide us with open and honest feedback on our new features and functionality.
Feedback given will be given consideration.
Why:
Feedback from our customers is extremely valuable to us at Carbon Black, as we continue on our mission to build a world safe from Cyberattacks. It is our goal to ensure the features and services we are adding to our product are consistently adding value to our users, whether it is increasing their overall security posture, or making our UI more intuitive, we want the best user experience possible for our customers.
How:
As new features and services are released through our console UI or sensor, we will be updating this page with links to pages specific to the new feature. The feature page will provide a description of the new functionality and how to use it, as well as a link to a survey where users can provide feedback.
Note: The survey feedback will remain confidential, and will not be shared publicly.
