The first thing you will want to do is join your Company Support Group on the User Exchange, which is where you will open and manage support tickets. Contact your support group's administrator to be invited to your support group; this will be someone from your organization. If you do not know who your administrator is, please contact us at CBfirstname.lastname@example.org.
