The banned hashes page won’t load after banning a hash and the spinner remains

Symptoms

Browser console log shows this error:

Resolution

This is a known issue and will be resolved in a future version of the product. You'll be able to find it in the release notes as CB-15337.

Workaround

This issue does not prevent hashes from being added, the page just doesn't redirect properly to the list. The workaround is to just load the banned hashes page from the navigation bar.
