App Conrol: How to resync the agent cache file information with the Server

Objective

Explain how to resync the agent cache file information with the CB Protection Server

Resolution

  1. In the console, click on Assets > Computers,
  2. Select the Agent Details page for the endpoint you want to resync
  3. On the right-hand column select Other Actions > Re-synchronize all file information

Additional Notes

Resyncing the file information from the agent cache to the server might take a while, so its recommended to check later to validate that the console shows the expected inventory.
