Objective
Explain how to resync the agent cache file information with the CB Protection Server
Resolution
- In the console, click on Assets > Computers,
- Select the Agent Details page for the endpoint you want to resync
- On the right-hand column select Other Actions > Re-synchronize all file information
Additional Notes
Resyncing the file information from the agent cache to the server might take a while, so its recommended to check later to validate that the console shows the expected inventory.
