Question
Does the Agent support communication to the Server through a Proxy?
Answer
Currently the Agent does not officially support communicating with the App Control Server through a Proxy. The App Control Server Address (Console > gear icon > System Configuration > General) must be added to the Bypass List in the Proxy's configuration.
Additional Notes
- The Agent does not support any configuration where filtering or inspection takes place, as the Agent will reject modified packets.
- The IP Address of the Agents shown in the Console may show the same as the IP Address of the Proxy.
- No testing for interoperability with various Proxy applications/configurations is conducted in-house.
