Symptoms
Device Model Details information is loaded without data and the error "No device model specified" is seen when opening up the page in a new browser tab
Cause
This is a current defect in the product EP-6129
Resolution
The workaround is to open the device model details page in the same browser tab

If the issue persists when opening the details in the same browser tab, please collect
Server logs for further analysis
