Objective
How to approve or ban files from the File Catalog page.
Resolution
- Log into the App Control console
- Navigate to Files > File Catalog tab
- Look for the file in question adding any filter
- Click on View details on file in question
- On the File Details page in the right menu
- Select the Action desired to Approve or Ban the file
Additional Notes
This option is a convenient method to approve or ban files in one specific endpoint or policy
