App Control: How to Manually Regenerate Agent MSI Files

Environment

  • App Control Console: All Supported Versions
  • App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Objective

To manually regenerate the Agent Policy Package install files.

Resolution

  1. Log in to the Console and navigate to https://ServerAddress/support.php
  2. From the Advanced Configuration tab > right panel > Actions > Regenerate install files.
  3. Verify the Date Modified column has changed for each Policy shown in https://<app_control_servername>/hostpkg
