• App Control Linux Agent: All Supported Versions
• Linux OS: All Supported Versions

Symptoms

• Errors when running b9uninstall.sh
• b9uninstall.sh missing

Cause

Corrupt App Control Linux Agent installation

Resolution

1. Login with an admin account
2. In the shell window, Run:

   yum --setopt=tsflags=noscripts remove b9agent 
   yum --setopt=tsflags=noscripts remove b9notifier
