App Control: How to View All Unapproved/Banned Files

Environment

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions

Objective

View all Unapproved or Banned Files in the App Control Console.

Resolution

1. Log in to the App Control Console
2. Navigate to Assets>Files
3. Click "Show/Hide Filter" if this field is hidden.
4. Add filter "File State, and set as described below:
   • Is: Unapproved
   • or: Banned
   • or: Banned by Policy

 

Additional Notes

This will show all files in the environment, which can be exported to CSV in the same page.
