Symptoms
Agent upgrade is asking end users to stop applications
Agent upgrade is manually being pushed out, or done from SCCM, etc.
Cause
Agent needs to be installed using silent switch to ignore running applications.
Resolution
Agent should be installed using the command line switch of "/qb-" (minus quotes).
