Is it possible to setup automatic DASCLI.exe authentication for a group of users to make troubleshooting faster?
Answer
Yes, in the App Control console you can setup a user or group to have "Agent Management" rights to endpoints.
- Open the App Control Console
- Click on System Configuration > General Tab > Edit button
- Scroll to the Agent Management section at the bottom
- Select a user or group to assign for Agent Management of Windows, Mac or Linux OS.
- Save changes
Additional Notes
This will allow users specified or in the Active Directory group to login to an endpoint and run DASCLI cmds without needing to authenticate with a global or CLI password.
