Symptoms
Timeouts when running queries within the Reports > Events page of the App Control Console.
Cause
Additional features & logic added to the Events page increased the demand of the queries executed against the database.
Resolution
This issue was tracked under EP-7872 and has been resolved with the release of Server 8.9.0. Upgrading to the latest version should resolve the issue.
Additional Notes
- Increasing the Private Memory limit for IIS is recommended if there are still delays in loading Console pages.
- If the issue persists after upgrading to the latest version of App Control Server please open a case with Support.
