Symptoms
- Error Message: "Network error while trying to communicate with Carbon Black App Control Server Error: Error fetching http headers"
- PHP error log show following error: SOAP error calling EditHostTemplate: Error Fetching http headers Source: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bit9\Parity Console\WebUI\include\SOAPUtil.php:69 Request URI: /host-details.php
Cause
This issue has been identified as product defect EP-11753 and was fixed with the release of Server version 8.6.0.
Resolution
Workaround:
- Go to the template to rename
- Under "Template Settings" change the "Clone Clean up" field to "Based on Time" parameter
- This will work around the problem until a permanent fix is available
