Objective
How to clean up or delete deactivated or deleted Active Directory users from the App Control web interface.
Resolution
- After a user has been disabled or deleted from Active Directory, log into the App Control web interface as an admin user
- Under user management, manually delete the matching user record(s).
Additional Notes
- User records can be disabled in bulk.
- Disabled/Deleted AD users will still appear as "Enabled" within App Control but will not be able to log in.
