What are the recommended browsers for accessing the Console?
Answer
Although other browsers with HTML frame support should work, the following browsers are recommended:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
Additional Notes
- It is always recommended to use the latest version available.
- In Internet Explorer, you may need to adjust console access to be part of the Local Intranet or Trusted Sites zones in order to login to the console. Additionally, you can add “about:blank” to your trusted sites. The security settings can be accessed by clicking on Tools > Internet Options in Internet Explorer and open the Security tab.
