• Apple MacOS: All Supported Versions 

Question

What is the location of the Mac Agent logs?

Answer

The logs are located in the following path

/Library/Application Support/com.bit9.Agent/Data/Logs

Additional Notes

If requested during a support case, please collect diagnostic logs following these instructions
To access the Application Support folder in the MacOS command line escape out of the space with \ like /Application\ Support/
