How to verify the status and errors or failures for the Agent Upgrade(s)?

Answer

There is an "Upgrade Status" and "Upgrade Error" column that can be added on the Assets > Computers page of the console. For further troubleshooting, logs are generally located in:
  • Windows: ProgramData\Bit9\Parity Agent\Logs\
  • Linux: /srv/bit9/data/Logs
