Answer
The logs can be found in C:\Program Files(x86)\Bit9\Parity Server\Support
Additional Notes
- Agent install packages are logged as HostPackageInstaller-<Date>.log
- Rules install packages are logged as RulesInstaller-<Date>.log
- This location may be different if a custom path was chosen at install
