Answer
- The CL version number is only a "version" number, not a total number
- This version number is used for tracking - each time a change is made in the console, a new version number is assigned
- The CL version number is always expected to increase, but does not indicate the total number of active rules
Additional Notes
In general, regarding the CL version... no actions are needed here.
The number is only a version number, but that number doesn't give any indication / warning of problems.
