Symptoms
- New User added
- Automated Email invitation goes to the Junk Folder of the Email recipient
Cause
- A recent back-end change to the 'From' Email address for the 'Add Users' Section
- Previous Email Address: cloud@confer.net
- Current Email Address: noreply@carbonblack.com
Resolution
- Whitelist the new Email address 'noreply@carbonblack.com' in your relevant Email settings
