• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor (formerly PSC): All Versions
  • Endpoint Standard (Formerly CB Defense)
  • Enterprise EDR (Formerly CB ThreatHunter)

Question

How can a sensor be downgraded to a previous version?

Answer

• There is no automatic feature to downgrade a sensor to a previous version. Instead, the current sensor version must be uninstalled and the previous sensor version re-installed

Additional Notes

When a sensor is uninstalled, all logs and current data gathered on that sensor version will be lost
