Why are Alert notifications no longer coming from "firstname.lastname@example.org" and instead are being received from "email@example.com"?
A recent change was made to align product notifications with the product name. The email notifications will no longer come from "firstname.lastname@example.org", but from "email@example.com" after the March '19 (0.45) release.
This will affect all PSC-related emails, including notifications.
Email recipients may find the Alert notifications have now gone to the Junk Folder.
It is recommended to adjust email rules to allow messages from "firstname.lastname@example.org".
User Invites and Installation Request emails will continue to use the "email@example.com" until the March '19 (0.45) release.
