Symptoms
- Citrix Sharefile creates a drive mapping in Windows explorer to access files in the cloud.
- When editing a file the original disappears after clicking the "save", two temp files take its place
- Office applications such as word, excel, wordpad, etc...lock up and the computer must be hard booted
- This was not an issue in sensor version 3.3.x
Resolution
This isssue is resolved in sensor version 3.4.0.1086
