Question
When creating a Custom Rule, can local users (non-domain) be specified in the rule?
Answer
The only local users that would be able to be included in a custom rule would be the generic users such as the local Administrator account, or "Local System". Otherwise, the specified user would have to be a domain user in order for the rule to correctly apply.
