Question
A "re-sync" only sync the agent cache again with the server. And the agent cache might not be correct about the existence about that file for many reasons, like exclusions, OP rules,etc.
To have a refreshed file inventory, please go to computer detail page > perform cache consistency check > full scan for new files.
