Environment
CB Response Console: All Versions
Objective
To disable a banned hash
Resolution
Log in to the CB Response console.
From the left pane, click on Manage Banned Hashes.
Locate the row of the hash.
Uncheck the box that says Banned.
Additional Notes
A hash cannot be completely removed from the console through the UI.
If a disabled hash needs removed from the console completely then this should be done from the application server.
