Environment
- CB Response Server: 6.0.1 and Higher
Objective
Administrator wants to change the default timeout of the Console UI session (default is 5 minutes)
Resolution
- Edit /etc/cb/cb.conf
vi /etc/cb/cb.conf
- Change SessionTimeout to desired value in seconds
- SessionTimeout=900 (900 seconds = 15 minutes)
- Restart Cb services or the cluster.
/usr/share/cb/cbcluster stop
/usr/share/cb/cbcluster start
Additional Notes
This value cannot be changed on CB Response Cloud Instances
