CB Response: Installed sensor is showing as uninstalled

Environment

CB Response Console

Symptoms

How to update the console that incorrectly shows a sensor as uninstalled

Cause

On rare occasions, installed sensors sending data are showing as uninstalled

Resolution

Restart the services using the following commands:-

Standalone server:

1. sudo service cb-enterprise stop
2. sudo service cb-enterprise start

Cluster:

1. /usr/share/cb/cbcluster stop
2. /usr/share/cb/cbcluster start
