Is it possible to export and import user accounts from cluster to cluster?

Answer

There is no documented method for specifically exporting and importing the locally stored user accounts.

Additional Notes

The Cluster Management Guide has instructions for the backup and restore of the postgres database. This could be used to make a backup of the tables and restore them to a new installation.
