What is the difference of the Sensor Restart options from the User Guide and the UI?
Answer
From page 92 of the 6.2.4 user guide has the below information on Sensor Actions For Restart.
Restart – Restarts the sensor process.
From the HUD view, it asks for confirmation to restart the host:
Confirmation
Are you sure you want to restart the selected host(s)?
Sensor Detail Page:
Confirmation
Are you sure you want to restart the sensor on 'ABC123'?
Sensor Group Page
Restart Sensors Confirmation
Are you sure you want to restart the selected host(s)?
