CB User Exchange: How To Remove Users From Company Group

Environment

• CB User Exchange: All Versions
• Active user with Global Admin rights

Objective

To manage roles and remove user accounts from a company group.

Resolution

1. Log into the Carbon Black UEX with a global admin account.
2. Navigate to the group's home page.
3. Click the View All button under the list of members:

4. Click the Remove button:

Additional Notes

• Click on the Edit button to manage the roles in the group (either GroupMember or GroupAdmin.)

• Hovering over the username will display the associated email.
