Carbon Black Cloud: Audit Log Incorrectly States "auto de-registration of CWP workloads"

Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Symptoms

Audit log shows  "auto de-registration of CWP workloads" but Workload is not enabled

Cause

Incorrect message being displayed due to backend logic.Actual reasoning for deregistration is due to the setting ""Auto-deregister VDI sensors that have been inactive for." found within Endpoints > Sensor Options > Manage Sensor Settings

Resolution

The messaging will be fixed in an upcoming backend update (CWP-4024).
