Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.5.0.1590 - 3.5.0.1680
  • Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Symptoms

  • Black screen with RDP Login
  • Connection delayed or may never go through

Cause

Known issue (DSEN-8291)

Resolution

Upgrade to sensor version 3.5.0.1756

Additional Notes

Intermittent issues with login delays causing RDP session timeouts.
