Symptoms
- All Available brings results for about 13 months
- Custom searches longer than 13 months
Cause
- Searching for All Available returns results back to only 13 months
- Using the "Custom Search" allows results back to when the org was provisioned
Resolution
The search parameter All Available will provide data to reach back to 13 months.
Additional Notes
- Using the "Custom Search" allows the selection of earlier dates, back to the creation of the organization
