Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Symptoms

Trying to add a user account to the CB Defense Org fails with one of the errors

'ADMIN_ALREADY_REGISTERED Unable to find the login with id: -1'

"Exception processing the confirmation Unable to find the login with id: -1"

Cause

Traces of old account still exist in the backend for the user

Resolution

Reach out to support with .HAR file while reproducing the issue
