Carbon Black Cloud: Console Displays Wrong Device Count When Adding a Hash to Approved List From Investigate Page.

Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Symptoms

  • Adding a hash to the approved list from the Investigate page displays wrong device count.
  • The hash in question would have been detected in multiple machines but the console shows " This hash has been seen on 0 devices"

Cause

The cause of this issue is currently unknown and still under investigation.
