Carbon Black Cloud Console: Policies facet on Investigate shows mismatch between actual results when search cleared

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Symptoms

• Policy facet shows a count of 0 while actual results exit when the search is cleared
• Policy does not apear in facet by default due to it not being in the top 50 results

Cause

Issue with back-end data retrieval - DSER-41452

Resolution

DSER-41452 has been resolved in November 2023 update.  If you are encountering similar behavior, please log a support ticket.
