Microsoft Office Excel: All versions
Microsoft Office Word: All versions

The user can successfully save a MS Excel or Word file to a Google drive. However when they next try to open the saved file this error occurs:
The document was saved successfully, but Excel cannot re-open it because of a sharing violation. Please close the document and try to open it again
This is issue "DSEN-23914"
Upgrade to Windows sensor version 3.9 MR2 and disable "Scan execute on network drives"
As a workaround on earlier sensor versions, modify the Policy with the following
Create a permission for the Google drive path being used: e.g. \\test-path-to-network-share.com\** - allow any operation
Disable "Scan execute on network drives"
Disable Local Scan; "On-Access File Scan".
NOTE *** : Disabling "On-Access File Scan" will disable all file scanning. Also, all the sensors' status in the policy will change to "Out of Date". The net effect is signature updates will be downloaded to the sensors but not used since scanning is disabled. This issue will be addressed in the 3.9 MR2 sensor release.
