Objective
How can an existing org name change?
Resolution
At this time the only way to rename a Carbon Black Cloud Organization is to
open a Support case and our Support Team will assist with your request.
The Support team needs the following information for these requests:
- Original OrgID and Org Key?
- Original Org Name?
- New Org Name?
- Why the change is being requested?
Additional Notes
- Orgs are identified by an ID on the Backend and Org Name is merely a text label with no other impact
- If you wish to be able to change org name freely from product UI, please share this through Voice of the Customer
