Objective
Provide steps to remove Deregistered/Uninstalled Sensors so they no longer show up on the Enrollment/Sensor Management page
Resolution
- Log into the Carbon Black Cloud Console
- Click onto "Endpoints"
- Filter for status "deregistered"
- Select the sensors to delete
- Click Take Action and then click Delete Deregistered Devices
- Confirm the deletion
Additional Notes
Uninstalling or Deregistering a sensor changes the status to Deregistered, but the sensor will still show up on the Enrollment/Sensor Management page depending on the Status selected. If you want to keep your records as clean as possible you can use the steps above to manually clear out sensors which have been Sensors can either be deleted manually or automatically.
